Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Calveryn. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your product(s) to initiate a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at support@thecalveryn.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

We may deny returns in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error.

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary).

  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@thecalveryn.com.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@thecalveryn.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case promptly and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.


Exchanges

We only accept exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The incorrect size was sent.

If either applies, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Once confirmed, the correct item will be sent free of charge.

Please note:
We do not accept exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or when the correct item and size were delivered as ordered.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.


Return Shipping & Label

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Prepaid return labels are only provided if the return is due to our error.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund.


Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem. Items may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
